To use the bizz77 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You will also create a username and password for your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are responsible for all such activity. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party, you must immediately notify bizz77 customer support.
Following registration, you will be required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This process requires you to upload a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document such as your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport. We may also request additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Until your Account is fully verified, you may face restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
bizz77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraud, duplicate accounts, provision of false information, breach of these Terms, or any other reason we deem appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform and our community.
You may fund your bizz77 Account using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Most bank transfers are processed instantly during banking hours (typically within 5-15 minutes). E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly 24/7. bizz77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds sent from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with international financial regulations.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Balance; (d) you are withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bizz77. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary and are displayed on the withdrawal page. We typically process withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours; however, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
bizz77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. We may request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or proof of payment method ownership before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
No withdrawal fees are charged by bizz77 for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to a nominal processing fee. Your bank or payment provider may also impose receiving fees beyond our control.
bizz77 may offer various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions.
Wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) specify the number of times you must wager a bonus amount before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain high-RTP games may contribute less or not at all. Contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure: (a) "bonus abuse" — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) "bonus hunting" — playing only to meet minimum wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; (c) irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus terms; (d) using any software, bot, or automated system to exploit bonuses.
bizz77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, adjust terms, withhold winnings, or close Accounts at our sole discretion where we suspect bonus abuse or terms violations. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all bonus terms before claiming any offer.
When using the bizz77 Platform, you agree to comply with all gaming rules, betting limits, and codes of conduct. All games are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers and are governed by each provider's official rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
bizz77 operates all games using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems certified for fairness by independent testing agencies. RTP percentages are displayed transparently for all applicable games. However, RTP is a theoretical calculation over millions of game rounds; individual session results will vary significantly due to variance and chance.

The bizz77 Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bizz77 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
bizz77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bizz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: (a) interruption or failure of internet or telecommunications services; (b) power outages or hardware failures; (c) errors or delays in third-party payment processing; (d) errors or malfunctions in Game Provider software; (e) force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government actions; (f) your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials; (g) unauthorized access to your Account by third parties.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or technical failure affecting game outcomes, bizz77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players, but we are not liable for any consequential losses.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using the Service and close your Account. Under no circumstances shall bizz77's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bizz77 customer support via Live Chat, email, or WhatsApp. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance in your Account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you will forfeit any pending bonuses.
If you wish to self-exclude from bizz77 due to problem gambling concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion periods range from six months to permanent, and during exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to access the Platform or place bets.
bizz77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Common reasons for Account termination include but are not limited to:
In the event of Account termination due to Terms violations or fraudulent activity, bizz77 reserves the right to withhold any Balance, void pending bets, forfeit bonuses, and retain funds to offset any damages incurred. If termination occurs without fault on your part, any remaining genuine Balance will be refunded to you within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to bizz77's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and bizz77.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the above, bizz77 retains the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, proprietary information, or these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
